Pharmapost is the distribution company of PHOENIX Pharma Switzerland and, as such, offers a broad and growing range of products to pharmacies and health & beauty retailers. Our efficient global supply chain enables us to guarantee our partners an efficient range of services that cover everything from market launches (authorisations) to marketing, distribution and the sale of products to customers.

    Our pharmacy chain BENU Pharmacies comprises over 92 pharmacies with over 900 employees and 150 trainees. All of these pharmacies are supported by a professional category management. BENU Pharmacies provide professional advice to their customers concerning all aspects of health and well-being and provide them with medicines, pharmaceuticals, medical products and select cosmetics brand products. To date, customers are already able to purchase about 15,000 pharmaceutical products, perfumes, personal care ranges and food supplements online at BENU.ch. BENU Pharmacies will further strengthen its presence on various sales channels in the future and hence become an important omnichannel retailer in the Business-to-Consumer segment.

    We offer our partners a comprehensive range of services, including advice and support concerning the marketability of their products. We offer a wide range of services for medical products and, as a Swiss authorized representative (CH-REP), we can serve foreign manufacturers. Another of our tasks is to deploy a person responsible for regulatory compliance (PRRC), as required by the Swiss Medical Products Licensing Ordinance. The PPRC will help you guarantee that your products meet the regulatory requirements for the Swiss market (including labelling requirements), ensuring compliance with the duty of vigilance and the requirements for documenting/reporting complaints. They will also prepare Swissmedic audits for you.

    Our highly experienced sales consultants support our customers – pharmacists and pharmacy assistants – directly on site and are their first point of contact. In addition to selling innovative products and providing advice on product ranges, they also provide short training courses. In doing so, they always take into account our partners’ quality standards.

    We take care of all sales support services from order processing and terms & conditions management to managing customer master data. We work with the industry standard and always keep sales tools such as CRM, IT interfaces, etc. up to date. At our partners’ request, we can also create individual reports.

    We manage all master and media data for our partners, as well as HCI data under ’My products’, and keep all relevant databases up to date. We also make sure that all of the relevant files are available in the pharmacies and health & beauty stores’ POS systems. On request, we can also provide monthly data analyses.

    We take care of all aspects of key account management on our partners’ behalf. Our highly skilled advisers negotiate contracts and plan marketing activities with pharmacies and health & beauty retail chains and groups in all parts of the country and also ensure their implementation at the point of sale. In doing so, we always take our partners’ compliance standards into account as a matter of course.

    At our partners’ request, we also take full responsibility for marketing products. In addition to developing a product strategy for the Swiss market, we can also provide access to a test market. This service also includes consumer, customer and online marketing. All of our marketing campaigns are planned in detail and implemented with transparency.

    We will ensure that your product range will be listed with and available from all full-line wholesalers. We will also store and manage the terms and conditions that have been individually agreed with customers. We always forward all transfer orders electronically. On request, we can also provide detailed bonus, discount and logistics statement analyses. We take care of planning sales volumes, promotions and seasonal campaigns such as new product launches.

    Our pre-wholesale service comprises storing and dispatching our partners’ products in accordance with the GDP guidelines. In addition, we also offer add-on services such as returns management, relabelling, packaging, POS material storage, special delivery services, etc. Our standard service includes the provision of daily and monthly reports and invoice dispatch.
